Unprofessional Service and lack of Advice from FNB & their eBucks Department
I have had two complaints regarding FNB and eBucks, the complaints seem to have been addressed, but not communication from FNB /eBucks whatsoever.
Initially it was the downgrading of my account when i returned some items I had bought online, onwhich i was subsequently returned to my earn level.
Secondly, it was my accounts not in good standing, a situation not in my hands as it is between FNB and eBucks. In summary, i recently bought a property, financed by FNB, and in the following month, I undertook a stop order to pay for the bond. Apparently eBucks only receives cheque statements regarding my earn level, so my having moved over to a stop order, since the deduction won't show on the cheque account, according to eBucks my account was not in good standing . . . suffice to mention that on the bond account, my account is in good standing . . . clearly there is a clear mis-communication between FNB & eBucks.
My complaint right now is this: I was under the impression that I shall be earning eBucks from having my bond financed with FNB, furthermore, having activated a stop order from work, i had thought that any creditor would be appreciative of such, as it ascertain that even before any withdrawals are made, their payment is directed to them.
Now without being advised when I opted for a stop order that I shall not be earning any eBucks. Upon querying such in branch, I am advised to revert to a debit order?? This was very unprofessional of FNB not to advise on the repercussions (earn-wise) of paying via debit order. Now I'm faced with the task of cancelling the said stop order from work, and have to re-apply from scratch?
