Unprofessional service

Good day,

I have a home loan with FNB and I have been in the process of cancelling the bond since March 2017. FNB is dragging out the process by stating that I have missed a payment even though I have never missed any payments and have put down an additional R100K down on the bond.

I have not received any feedback from FNB as to why they are dragging out the cancellation of the bond.

Regards Tinus Potgieter

I am not satisfied with this matter is being dealt with as Mzubanzi Manona instructed the lawyers not to call either me or my personal banker by stating the she will contact us. Neither me nor my personal banker have received any call. It seems like FNB's internal communication is non-existence as no-one can give a final figure for my bond transfer to Investec or an explanation of why the settlement amount is R35K more than what the outstanding fees are. It has now taken 9 months to transfer this bond as FNB cannot communicate. Kindly advise as to what the next steps are as this is unacceptable.

Still no response from FNB and every single day the interest on my bond adds up. This is simply unacceptable.

After super-charging a hellopeter review I actually got the response I was hoping for for 7 months. Not ideal. Regards Tinus
