UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!!!!!

Very disappointed with FNB unprofessionalism, Had a law on call claim and I was advised that my funds are depleted and thereafter someone emailed my lawyer that I still have funds which can cover my claim, now to my shock am told it was a mistake which they even promised to cover the transcripts, this very disappointing on a large organization like FNB to tell me that it was a MISTAKE, now I have to suffer costs due to their mistake, I need FNB to cover all costs that they agreed to. VERY DISSAPOINTNG AND UNOROFESSIONAL SERVICE.
