Unprofessional service

<p>Upon arrival this morning a lady at the door asked me what I wanted.. not "how may I help you" but "what do you want"</p> <p>Firstly this is highly unprofessional. When I told her I only want to print and verify a banking statement she pointed me toward the laptops without a word.</p> <p>I proceeded to print my statement and waited for more than 30 minutes for my statement upon which I left without it</p> <p>This branch will NEVER see me again</p> <p> </p> <p>Rude service and long waiting time is a problem that management should sort out ASAP </p>
