Unprofessional service

Yesterday I went to FNB Savanah mall branch. I asked for my account to be closed. And this morning I woke up to statement emailed by FNB, I tried accessing my cellphone banking to confirm if the account is closed and it turns out, my account is still open. So basically I wasted my time by going in the brach yesterday.
