Unprofessional/*********** sales person at Fnb

I had the worst experience with Fnb home loans, the agent i spoke to was very arrogant defending his colleagues. I have sent my application on th 19/03/2025 and received an automated email confirm the turn around time of 7 working days. I then called to check the the progress of my application I was told that the system confirms that there are missing documents. The funny part is when I ask how come I was not notified, I was then told that my application was assigned to Nicolas Govender . I rectified the error and sent through the missing documents. When I called again to follow up I was told he is on leave, I called today they confirmed he is back from leave he will call me. I then asked does that mean I must wait for another turn around time the consultant I was talking to said yes. My biggest issue now is that does it mean if someone goes on leave my application will eventually stuck and resume after that person comes back. And if that's the case why do you advise us of the turn around time ? This is frustrating really.
