Unprofessional response, Unhappy.

I was talking too two people earlier on the banking app on 'Secure chat' trying to reverse a wrong debit order and without helping me they just left the chat i asked the first person questions and they just left the chat no help at all, there names are 'Lettie Nkuna' and '*****gwa Manatlepa', please note this is very unprofessional for a bank. Hope someone can do something about this issue.
