Unprofessional practices: FNB LAW ON CALL

Approximately 8 years ago, i became a member of thr FNB law on call group. Actively paying my monthly membership via direct payment from my FNB bank account, i could honestly say it was literally money that i threw in the water. I was promised that without hesitation, they would and could assist me with professional legal assistance - whether it be ******** or civil. Unfortunately, when i needed thrm to assist me in a civil matter (disciplinary hearing), i was told o first needed to get written permission from the top management of the company where i am employed at, that they are allowed to represent me. This is not what the law or company policy stipulates. And at no stage was I informed that this would be the procedure when i sigbed up for this policy. Now that i wish to cancel it - this too is refused!!!!

I am furious that a bank is allowed to deceive its customers in this manner.
