Unprofessional and pathetic services New Market Mall Alberton. Came to close my account. After waited 2 hours in the the line. I got told at the door dat my 10 year old was not allowed in the bank. Waited another hour plus to be assisted..Only to be told that I have pending transaction and could not close my account. The branch manager Bruce advised once the pending transaction has cleared he would bring the necessary documents to my work place in order to close this account. This never happened. Today I came back to the bank only to be told we waiting for the tellers to open. Waited another 20 minutes.. only to realize 3 people needed to be assisted before me cause I was in deed to here to see a teller. So frustrated. And still not able to close my account
