Unprofessional not helpful

Disputes and service. I pay monthly service fees but every month there is hidden costs that still accrue.. The private clients consultant are not resolving the matter nor listening to my reasoning rather telling me that's how it is. Ive even downgraded the account to eliminate this issue.. Needless to say that ive been waiting over 40 days for 2 disputes to be paid back to me
