Unprofessional! No bank statements and do not return calls to their customers, empty promises.
This is my 2nd review on FNB Housing Finance, on the first one I haven't received any assistance. Now I've realized that I made an adhoc payment into my bond and the total amount due went down, I made another adhoc payment and the balance is higher than what it was when I made the initial payment. I need clarity on how this is is possible... And why am I not receiving my monthly statements via email or even mail?? FNB is unprofessional! Why did you not call me back as you've promised to? I'm seriously angry at this organization.
