UNPROFESSIONAL *********** SERVICE FROM FIRST NATIONAL BANK

This is not the 1st time trying to get assistance from FNB WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS! I am trying to reverse a unauthorised debit order and everytime I am being transferred from one division to another. When someone eventually answers I am told they cant assist me as it is the incorrect department. I called BEFORE 1PM,was within their office hours,and now all of a sudden they are closed. Needless to say,once again I have been waisting my time and airtime on *********** people and I still did not get my money back.
