Unprofessional FNB negligently put my account in default
My personal loan just went into 90 day arrears with a few hundred rands (which I am in credit for at the moment) and FNB put my account in default!!! They told me that if I want it removed, I must pay up my whole personal loan to clear my credit score!!! I hate FNB!!!! don`t open an account with this bank!!! unprofessional staff working on old systems. Discovery bank is the way forward!
