Unprofessional employees in FNB

FNB Life is a terrible department! Don't join them, I called in to change my debit order details and they told me all is well and confirmed. When I received my new schedule I see they put the wrong bank name and this is definitely going to affect the debit order end of the month.

This is so unprofessional of you guys FNB. I will be looking elsewhere for another company to cover me. Definitely not worth my airtime and time!
