Unprofessional consultant
<p>I call FNB to cancel one of my Flexi fixed pocket a gentleman forwarded me to the relevant department I waited while my call was being transferred when a consultant was available she took my call but was talking to a colleague without acknowledging me I shouted hello for over two minutes and she kept on giggling and laughing while my airtime was waisted,from the conversation I was listening to the consults name is Rosaritah</p>
