Unprofessional conduct by loans dept that cannot get debit orders and product correct

App**** for a student loan and supp**** a letter confirming my salary date at the end of the month. This is so complicated that 8 months later the debit order has the wrong date. Also took 3 months to convert the personal loan to a student loan.
