Unprofessional conduct by FNB and Nomthandazo Magwaza

On Aug 28 2025 I received an email from Nomthandazo Magwaza stating that I had allegedly received proceeds of ***** and should provide supporting documents to show why I received such payment.

I responded to her request and further went on to provide her with details of my attorney. I have sent countless emails trying to get a status update and she has not rep**** to even one. I called the ***** department and was informed a case takes 30 days to be concluded, Today is 06 Nov 2025, how many days has it been now???

How does FNB expect me to run my business with an account I can't transact on due to reserved funds and a case that has not been sorted till today? How am I expected to receive payments from my clients?? Must I now fold my arms and not get any work done because of alleged proceeds of ***** which I have provided supporting documents for?? Does this Nomthandazo Magwaza even exist?

FNB, this is a business account. My livelihood and those of my employees depend on the account being functional, not dormant.

Can someone please attend to my matter, please!!
