**** unprofessional client services

I had ordered a new card and It was meant to be delivered at my place of work, since we were closing for December I then decided to reroute the delivery to the Modjadji Plaza branch. Since my card has arrived at the branch, I have tried to collect it on five occasions only to be me by individuals who are not willing to help. Employees are just roaming around pretending to be busy, and the icing on the cake was when Employees casually strolled into the branch with groceries while clients are in the queue waiting to be assisted.

FNB Modjadji Plaza, PICK UP YOUR SOCKS!!!! I am quite sure thag there are many other clients who are not happy with your services but do not know where or how to complain.
