Unprofessional
I am Lilimalang Masiu been using Fnb form 2012, Late last year started struggling using their app when I contacting them they keep transferring my calls So tired of fnb not professional at all poor service, when calling they keep on one can help, I requested the debit order to be uploaded from my Home Loan I did filled the form sent it back to them 31st January till today the 25 February not uploaded and app does not allowed me to transfer to my home loan,last month I contacted they managed to take.8t from their side again this month I called them they cannot take money from bank,So that means they want to make my house to be in arrears
