Unprofessional behaviour

Hi, my name is Simangele went to FNB branch in Florida for assistance my bond statement and stamp for my kid school, I left there without any help because of the treatment one of the employee (Precious) gave me she didn't even care to listen what I wanted or what's the reason I came to the bank than to use an app. I'm so traumatized I couldn't even go back to bank not even other branches because of disbelieve. I phone call centre to no help,I wrote a complaint via email got the address from the website for such incidents but still nothing. Hence I've decided to ask for help or rather to help them improve their services here on this platform
