Unprofessional behaviour

It's quite amazing that someone calls me on behalf of FNB regarding my cards to be replaced , however the person is sitting and laughing and giggling so much they can't speak on the phone... so why be so unprofessional that you call a person and then sit and laugh in their ear.... I was really looking at moving everything I have with Standard Bank over to FNB as I have been with Standard for more that 20 years, however now I will look at going somewhere else... and moving everyone of my family members as well...... good job FNB!
