Unprofessional bank

Terrible Was asked to submit CERTIFIED Copies of all of the following: 1) ID 3) Salary slip 4) Proof of Address ( property bonded with RMB)

And they emailed to me on the 07/09 worse part it was weekends , and some of us we Hardly checked them but they didn’t even hesitate to call me just to check I have received it before they blocked my account. Until I phone them today. Those fnb/Rmb bank are so unprofessional/ amateurs that claim they are better than any banks in South Africa . I just lost my important person bcos I failed to pay for hospital to accommodate him so he can get heeled . ????
