Unprofessional and poor service

They take forever in resolving the clients' quires. I was sent from pillar to post and my issue is not even resolved as yet. I have transferred money to the wrong account by mistake through the app on the 30/10/2023. I called immediately and I have been calling every day and was given different answers. My last straw was when I had to wait for 2hours, and I had to hang up because no one was attending to me. I have been to the branch 3 times but was just given a phone.
