Unprofessional and pathetic service

It's been almost a week since my last review and no one from FNB has even contacted me.

Fnb keeps debiting our accounts after we were charged for a stop order and then it's a struggle to get you money refunded as well. Quick to take money they are not even supposed to take and then it takes forever to refund a person

Really unprofessional and pathetic service from such a huge business.
