My account is almost two weeks frozen. I have emailed the necessary documents to Nolungelo Dlamini as well and have not received any response or feedback yet. I have been on hold on your call for about half an hour already for the 4th time today only. And this has been an ongoing situation for the past week already. My business is suffering because of your companies incompetence and failure to respond to the needs of your clients.
