Unprofessional and inconvenient Service provider

Fnb was deducting bond installment late on the 1st of every month despite the indication made on the the initial contract that they should deduct on the 27th of each month, i then decided to make the bond payment deduction through my employer to them and i also informed the private banker about that, the employer paid the bank on the 25th June 2021, i then informed my private banker. On the 1st July fnb went ahead and make another bond deduction and when i query the deduction i was told that it will be refunded with 4 days, Four (4) days came and passed with no refund until date. this is very frustrating and unprofessional.
