Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.

I am disappointed at the unprofessional and belittling service given by George (manager) at FNB Elim Mall. He did Not resolve the query I had. He said he’s the manager and doesn’t understand why I’m complaining. He said I’m phoning him using my company’s phone and asked where I’m calling from( this was not important) he hung up the phone after he said he can do it as he is the manager. My FNB complaints ***.
