Unprofessional and disappearing money

My credit card minimum payment was debited from my debit account but it's been 8 days and it hasn't reflected in my credit account and now my credit card is over drawn because you guys have made the interest payment . I called FNB on a Tuesday and they said money would clear yesterday morning I called yesterday morning and they said money would clear at 3 because it takes 5 working days to reflect in my account and there was in between 2 working days and nothing happened now I'm getting the runaround
