Unprofessional and bad service

We went to FNB to get my late father's funds to be released on the 26th of December 2022 and we were told it will be released in the next 30 days, 40 days later we are still waiting and when we visit the Branch there is no 1 to assist and apparently they are unable to contact the head office to sort out the issue. What a horrible experience
