Unprofessional and *********** agent.

I called today at around 16h30 regarding my funeral cover and spoke to a woman regarding changing my debit order date. She said I should call back next month to change it. When I asked her why she can't change it immediately she could not answer me and said they receive too many calls and dropped the call sending me to a customer survey voice. This is extremely unprofessional and disgusting, I need to be called back to have this sorted out immediately. I will not deal with such unprofessional and untrained agents.
