Unprofessional agent (FIKILE - Debit Order department)

FIKILE from Debit Order department needs some training on how to deal with customers. I'm sure there are courses that can help her improve her patience as she has to deal with customers on a daily basis ELSE she must go get a job where she won't deal with human beings (Another planet I guess). First I asked "How are you?" I could feel her sigh saying she is ok (Like get to the point). Then in the middle of our conversation I couldn't hear her, the I politely said "Pardon". Her answer started with "IYOH"

I found her extremely unprofessional and impatient. She won't get far with the kind of attitude she has if she doesn't get help. I would assume she is a junior of cause because no senior should behave they way she did.
