Unprofessional

Firstly Iam so ****ed off with First National Bank I’ve been calling them and trying to resolve my issue for 3 months now.basically I wanted to settle my loan so I called in and they then said they will send me a settlement letter then we cut the call and then I received a sms with a reference number and the exact same amount of money that needed to be paid and settled …so I paid and waited for a settlement letter and finally to close the account but then 2 days later I received a letter with a different reference so I contacted them and sent proof of payment waited and no response called they keep cutting the calls no agent wanna help me finally one heard my story then told me there’s no way for us to call that department they just need to send an email to allocate I must call in 14 days I called back after 15 days had the same problem agents cutting my calls ect .finally someone speaks to me and says sorry it’s not yet allocated she’s gonna send an email and they will call me once’s it’s allocated still no call 14. Days has gone past like who can help me at this point to get this payment allocated and loan closed it’s ruining my name on clear score.
