UNPROFESSIONAL

<p>I am so disappointed with the service that I have been getting from a whole lot of service providers lately. Telkom , Jacklin enterprises , the local municipality and FIRST NATIONAL BANK to name a few. The debit order for my credit card payment went off and was unfortunately unpaid for the month of May. Today is the 13th and I receive the most unprofessional WORD document letter from the collections department at FNB. I was so sceptical that I contacted the ANTI-***** line just to check whether it is legit or not . The lady at the anti ***** call centre tells me to read her the letter and says that it sounds right and that I was handed OVER and needed to speak to the collections department so she puts me through and amazingly the call gets cut off. I call back and speak to another lady who was terribly rude to me. Everything I asked , she rather said that my account is in arrears. Now it doesnt mean that because my account is in arrears , I can be treated like dirt. The collections department called me back as I responded to their mail as soon as I received it ,requesting them to call me back as I was so sceptical. My email said that they should contact me as my account was not in arrears... they couldnt have called me any sooner!!! i told the lady that I was very upset as the letter was a word document , no email address displayed from the sender and no signature on the email either! I worked as a customer relationship manager and I know what customer service is. At least send the email on a letter head. I owe you money for all of 13 days and you treat me like dirt! Seriously considering changing my bank.</p>
