UNPROFESSIONAL!

I app**** for COVID-19 Relief from FNB for my personal loan and it was approved on the 17th of June 2020 and they stopped debiting. Early this morning they debited R2,840.34 twice which was never the agreement. Agreement was that they will start to debit after 3MONTHS. I want a refund ASAP!!!
