Unprofessional!!!

I took out a legal policy for when I need legal assistance Fnb legal is happy to collect the premium but when it comes to actually providing assistance you literally have to beg. I made a claim on 29 May 2025 asking for advise on an estate matter and I was told that SIPHO has been assigned the matter and will be giving me a call. I have been waiting for this SIPHO person to call to date and he couldn't be botgered. I phoned again on 26 June 2025, a month later asking to speak to sipho and after being put on hold for more than 10min I was told he's not available. I was further told that a note in the form of an email will be sent to him to call me back but as expected, two days later and I'm still waiting. So welcome to fnb legal, where your monthly payment matters more than getting assistance!!!😡
