Unprofessional

I was under debt Review for a while. But it did not work for me. As it seemed that I am more in debt then I was before the review. I cancelled my debt review.

FNB contacted me with regards to arrangements for my loan. Before I could make arrangements they deducted an amount of R1594.00 from my FNB cheque account on 17 July and another R621.85 on 18 July without my consent.

I contacted them for arrangements but they say that the amount cannot be refunded. How can they deduct money from my account without me giving them my consent? I am left with no money for the rest of the month.

What am I to do?
