Unprofessional

November 2017 an arrangement had been made with a lady by the name of Christine Mabusela. That I would have to make payment of R50 for the next 3 months to avoid any interest on my account. I've made payment as arranged but just the other day I recieved an e-mail stating the following "Dear NAIDU JAANENEE Account Number: Our ***

FNB SPEND Account Your balance as on 2 March 2018 is R41,681.21.

Our offer to you We act on behalf of our client FNB Loans

We are willing to accept R41,681.21 as full and final settlement payable within 7 days upon date of this e-mail. Alternatively pay R100 within 7 days to activate future settlement offers and contact us for further payment arrangements. Contact Anders Inc on (012) ********** to confirm.

Urgent Notice!!! Continued failure to pay this account will result in further interest added to the account and possible summons. " I don't understand how FNB can address me in this manner when I've done exactly what was agreed upon in our arrangement.
