Unprofesionalism no care from FNB

I have app**** for home loan t FNB as my bank for more than 20 years, yesterday the 09th June 2021 I received an sms that my application has been apporved, I was given contact number. I call the number and I was told that the person dealing with my application will contact me yesterday, till today no call. I am very dissapointed woth them and I think now its too move my account form them
