Unpleasant service with FNB Home-loans department (Terrible Turnaround Times)

I app**** for a home / building loan with FNB in February this year. This application delayed and was only approved in April. I received the quote and signed it on the 30 April. The documents were then sent to the attorney and i have since not received any feedback with regards to the signing of documents. I have to call the attorney every single day and the only response I get is that they are still waiting for FNB. This is the second complaint that I am lodging with regards to this application.
