Unpleasant service with FNB

I am very disappointed with FNB and the servive i recieved from their consultants.

Ive been trying to get a paid up letter for 2 temporary loans that i took up this year. The loans were paid up but still reflects under ITC profile.

I spoke to Marvin DuBruin on personal loans department and several other consultants but still they couldn't help. They will make stay on the line for more than 30 minutes and just end the call.

Im trying to apply for credit but my application is being rejected because FNB didnt clear the my ITC profile.

Marvin sent me a paid up letter for both loans however the account numbers do not correspond to that on ITC profile.

Why was this not cleared from the 1st place
