Unpleasant FNB ***** Division agent

I just spoke to Siyabonga Naife from FNB ***** division, an unpleasant experience to say the least, he sounded dismissive and unwilling to explain anything, I’m sad because I felt like I was bothering him and felt like I was being done a favour by getting assistance. Expressing my concerns to him only made things more awkward and worse. The call reference was Rh***. FNB can do better than this.
