Unpleasant behaviour received

I am very disappointed with the level of treatment I have received from the company as since last year October I lodged a complaint in concerns of the ewallet withheld by them and till now no communication was made and everything that needed was handed over. But it's funny that they not even touching base nor returning to the inconvenience they have caused for me.
