Unpleasant banking consultant experience

Went to do a money deposit at the glass door at fnb waited teninutes while the consultant was busy assisting a client enquired for assistance the gentleman then intervened and told me to go through to be assisted when arriving there the sales consultant Diphale Morake was even still lingering and helping the assistant and started screaming at me in a rude and impolite manner that she is still busy with a client.i was totally appalled and disgusted by this manner in which I was assisted.And I think it needs to be addressed by management.
