Unpaid transactions

FNB has developed a tendency of not deducting money for purchases or debit orders , but still send notification that the money went out. My debit orders went off the 26 , received notification and transferred the remaining balance to my other account. I later noticed that FNB did not deduct the money on time but they have paid for the unpaid debit order which i really appreciate . But the issue is that FNB charged me R 706 for unpaid debit orders. Which i called and enquired about that the fault is FNB for not deducting the money on my side and avail the amount yet previously they would freeze the money until the debit orders are ready to debit . I disputed the extra charges and was willing to pay the remaining balance not the interest and the consultant disputed the debit order. this was really unprofessional of the consultant and now the payment was reversed. FNB no longer convenient for me and this happening for the second time
