Unpaid Transactions

Has anyone recently experienced deductions from their FNB accounts 2 or 3 weeks later. It will tell you that you have purchased something on a date and then they deduct that money 3 weeks later. When you look on your statement you cant find the transaction and FNB also dont say where you did the purchase. This Bank is seriously taking money from people without even one bit of shame, how can you allow a transaction to go off someones account in the first place if they dont have money and then claim it back and it nowhere to be seen on your transaction list.
