Unpaid System Glitch

WORST BANK EVER!!!

on a business trip to Namibia in November 2021 there was a re-occurring transaction going off my account every 4 days.

long story short-wanted to withdraw funds from a merchant and using a FNB SA card the transaction took longer then a minute, the merchant cancelled the transaction. the transaction did not register as a withdrawal and bank statement had to be obtained to prove the amount has gone through on my side...Every four days the same amount was deducted off my account. I had to block the card in Namibia as i assumed there was ***** happening on the card.

Numerous dispute forms were completed...each time with a different reference number. Then I Receive a letter stating the dates the transactions went off will not be paid back with other amounts which im not claiming for accept that one re-occurring transaction.

Lodged many complaints against the forensic auditors but they sticking to their statement.

a few thousand Rands might not be allot to one person but a fortune to a other!!!

FNB can keep your BS- im moving banks!!!
