Unpaid positive balance

FNB gave me a good interest rate, but unfortunately, at the cancellation of the bond middle of 2020, there was a positive balance on the account. The bank simply cancelled the bond and kept the money. I have had no response to eails or calls or even a mail and a call to the cancelling attorneys.
