Unpaid overcharged

Why am I being charged such high amounts even if the item was unpaid , surely the charges shouldn’t be so much . Name : Sinenhlanhla Dladla , ID ***,how do I complain about the high charges because there was another one of R315 this month surely it should be way less than that unpaid amount , This is unfair
