Unpaid items paid and still charged with unpaid item fees

I want an amount of R375 to be reversed immediately as it went off for unpaid items but the debit orders where paid and I still had a running balance of over R8000 in my account , this is disgusting as they are deducting money for items that went off my account especially during this time of hardship with people struggling financially due to Covid-19 if this is not reversed I will take it up with the ombudsman!!!!! It is unacceptable!!!!
