Unpaid items charges.

Good morning.

FNB at it again with their charges. The last time they reversed the charges now I'm not getting any joy. I am not happy with these FNB charges and the last time I queried these charges I was given some explanation I did not understand. At the time of the purchase I had money in my account and I do not have an overdraft facility but FNB is still charging me R150 twice for #Item paid no funds?

I'm tired of FNB.
